Centralized Digital Platform for Energy Information

The Energy Information House (EIH) is envisioned as the central digital backbone for energy efficiency and conservation data in Pakistan. Established under the Energy Information & Futuristic (EI&F) Directorate, EIH will serve as a unified, secure, and scalable platform for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and disseminating energy efficiency–related data across sectors, programs, and institutions.

As NEECA’s flagship data initiative, EIH will consolidate fragmented datasets from DISCOs, product registries, national programs, and emerging IoT systems into a single authoritative source of truth. The initiative directly aligns with the Government of Pakistan’s vision for evidence-based policymaking and digital governance, positioning NEECA as the national entity of energy efficiency intelligence and analytics.

Data-Driven Insights

We analyze national energy trends using multi-year data on energy usage, DISCO consumption, and sector performance to highlight patterns, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency.

Evidence-Based Solutions

By combining State of Industry reports with social media and public sentiment analytics, we enable stakeholders to align technical performance with public discourse and policy objectives.

Our Purpose

The primary objective of the Energy Information House is to transform raw energy data into meaningful information that supports:

  • • National energy efficiency and conservation initiatives
  • • Policy analysis and performance monitoring
  • • Transparent reporting and institutional coordination
  • • Long-term planning and demand management

By integrating data from multiple programs and sources, EIH enables consistent, reliable, and timely insights for decision-makers.

Who We Serve

The Energy Information House is designed to support:

  • • Government departments and policymakers
  • • Energy sector regulators and planners
  • • Researchers and analysts
  • • Development partners and implementing agencies

Each user group can access insights relevant to their role while maintaining data security and governance standards.
